IF YOU LIVE IN AN APARTMENT OR OTHERWISE HAVE A UNIT# IN YOUR ADDRESS, pleaaase please double check your confirmation email to see if the address went through properly; I have gotten a couple orders where storenvy ate up the unit# and so I had to resend the package after it got returned to me.
I used to, but as it is a hassle to go the post office to ship a single button, I now require orders to be in bundles. I apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.
Similar to the pinback buttons, I used to, but it is too much of a hassle to go to the post office to ship a single sticker, so they must be bought at least in sets of 3.
Sorry, but due to the current...events, I am not accepting orders outside of the USA. If things become more settled down, I will consider reinstating international shipping.
I usually ship orders once a week, or every other week if I'm busy.
Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
If you order an in-stock item along with a pre-order item, I will wait until I have the pre-order item available to ship both at once.
If a tracking number was given to you, please check it.
1) If it was returned to seller (me) due to an incorrect address, and it was not my fault (if you provided an incomplete/incorrect address), then you can ask me to either reship to you if you pay for shipping again, or refund you the item cost, minus the shipping cost.
If it was returned to me due to an error on my part, then I will reship for free.
2) If it's an international order, please check the customs number (if I forgot to send you one, please email me for it) to see if it has arrived in your country, and perhaps call the customs office or post office to see if they have any information. It may have gotten delayed in customs.
